Good catch, I searched for 8.1 and hence missed those. I think at least libmysqlclient_with_mysqli should be fully removed, since building mysqli with libmysqlclient is now completely unsupported.

Done, and then some subsequent cleanup

LGTM, thanks! You can merge this into the protected 8.2 branch yourself, given to the RM role, correct?
